Before you fully commit, we lock the car in with a refundable deposit make sure everything checks out before you settle. From ownership validation to service history reviews, we look closely—no guesswork, no surprises. Just confidence that the car is everything it claims to be. We also recommend a full mechanical and body inspection.

INSPECTIONS
Once we’ve found the right car, we get to work on the deal. With years of industry know-how, we negotiate on your behalf to secure the best possible price—without cutting corners or compromising on quality.

NEGOTIATIONS
We guide you through all the formalities. From payments to paperwork, every step is handled with precision and care—so everything’s secure, legal, and ready for a smooth handover.

When everything’s locked in, we register the car under your personal or company name (as preferred), give it a final clean, and have it ready for collection — or we can arrange interstate or doorstep delivery for your convenience.

Please Note: the minimum fee is $2,880, and the maximum cap is $5,880 (Inc. GST).
When purchasing a vehicle - whether locally or interstate - there are a few additional expenses worth considering, depending on the agreement with the seller, such as: Pre-purchase inspection, Accident and body inspection, Interstate transport, Roadworthy certification, Registration costs.

This is the safest way to buy a car privately in Australia. Here’s how it works:

The vehicle is delivered to our office — before payment is released.

We perform the full Essential Check-Over (included).

Once everything is confirmed, we physically escort the seller to the bank and transfer funds using a non-reversible Telegraphic Transfer — not some “pending” transfer that can be recalled.

We hold the car and keys until ownership is officially transferred.

We’ll collect your car and take it through the process, saving you valuable time and the need to take time off work.
The fee covers our labour only and excludes external costs such as the VicRoads appointment fee, RWC, stamp duty, number plates, and registration.
